1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fachai4 ("fachai4," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fachai4.org. 2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fachai4, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the fachai4 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

fachai4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by fachai4 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the fachai4 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. fachai4 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fachai4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fachai4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify fachai4 immediately via live chat support.

fachai4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This feature provides an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code in addition to your password at each login. fachai4 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

fachai4 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

fachai4 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of a security review, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement verification. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address or through the live chat support channel.

Deposits made to fachai4 are non-refundable once credited to your account and used for wagering. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the verification requirements described above.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fachai4 platform:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.

fachai4 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct. Decisions made by fachai4 in this regard are final and binding.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The fachai4 sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, FIBA, Premier League, La Liga, UFC, boxing, and other events. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules:

1. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. fachai4 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.
2. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the platform.
3. fachai4 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including in response to suspicious betting patterns or breaking news that may affect the integrity of an event.
4. Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and player account status.
5. Winnings from sports bets will be credited to your fachai4 account balance upon official settlement of the relevant event.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the fachai4 platform without the prior written consent of fachai4. Unauthorized use of fachai4's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fachai4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions. fachai4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fachai4 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fachai4 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

fachai4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on fachai4, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fachai4 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the platform, including payment processors and identity verification services.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

fachai4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fachai4 platform shall first be submitted to fachai4's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.

fachai4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fachai4 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the fachai4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
